Well ... Carnival step although we now have Easter and in a previous article where my wife was doing donuts .. in comments I asked for the recipe for them and here I show you a collection of internet because I think it will be more or less the same ..
HOMEMADE DONUT .....¡¡¡
This is certainly a recipe that I love, not just how good they are but because I enjoy making them. Again this is a recipe my aunt gave me. I can not resist or try out the dough or eat a freshly made. They're easy, do not take long time and love them.
Ingredients:
3 eggs 5 tablespoons olive oil fried with dried orange peel
5 tablespoons white wine
5 tablespoons sugar Zest of one lemon
1 sachet of baking powder for leavening
1 on (I'll buy in mercadona, 2 envelopes are really coming together, one white and purple ) which supports
flour (about 500 grams more or less, depends somewhat on the accuracy of the liquid and the size of eggs) Sugar

We started beating the eggs and add the liquid ingredients, wine and oil (must be cold or otherwise would come together eggs)
